is diabetes: Diabetes is a disease caused by the lack of a hormone called
insulin in the human body. It is called the mother of all
diseases.
2. Ways to understand diabetes: If the amount of sugar in the blood is 7 mmol or more when fasting in the morning and the amount of sugar in the blood is 11.1 mmol or more 2 hours after eating 75 grams of glucose, then it is considered as diabetes.

Types of Diabetes: Diabetes is mainly of 2 types a) Type-1 diabetes and b)
Type-2 diabetes.
* Type-1 diabetes: When the patient's body does not produce insulin at all or produces less which is impossible to live with it is called insulin dependent diabetes or type-1 diabetes.
* Type-2 diabetes: When the patient's body produces insulin but there are complications in the secretion or there is an obstruction in the insulin on which it will work and the effectiveness of insulin is reduced, it is called type-2 diabetes. They do not have to rely on outside insulin.

* If you do not do physical work.
* Eats extra food.
* When insulin production decreases.
* If under stress.
* If there is excess weight in the body.
* Hereditary reasons.
* Eats more sugary and fatty foods.

* If the pancreas is damaged.
* In case of any infectious or inflammatory disease.

* Frequent urination.

6. Ways
to cure diabetes:
* Do not eat extra food.
* Eat at regular intervals.
* Reduce excess weight.
* Exercise regularly.
* Ensure moderate sleep.
* Controlling hypertension.
* Exclude sugars and sweet foods.
* Stay stress free.
* Not taking steroids for a long time.
* Treat any disease.
